The Pours
Every batch is brewed in-house, rotated with the seasons, and poured without pretense.
Knocker's Gold
A balanced American pale ale with citrusy hop character and a clean, biscuit-like finish. Our signature pour.
Midnight Knocker
A velvety oatmeal stout layered with dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Dark as a Denver winter night.
Montclair Helles
A traditional German-style helles — subtle malt sweetness, gentle hop bitterness, incredibly drinkable.
Double Knocker
An aggressively hopped double IPA with tropical fruit notes and a resinous pine backbone. Not for the faint of heart.
Wild Knocker
A wild-fermented sour aged in oak with local cherries. Tart, complex, and endlessly surprising.
Highlands Hefeweizen
Cloudy, refreshing, and naturally carbonated with notes of banana and clove. A summer essential.
